Well we getting closer to our big event and hopefully everyone is on track with getting and collecting their silent auction items. As planned, we are asking the team managers to hold their auction items until the weekend of the 14th when we can gather them up and get them all under one roof for cataloging, organizing and such. We plan on getting the donations rounded up the weekend of the 14th.
Please if anyone is having difficulty getting auction items from your team members we must know ASAP, so we may be proactive and assist that team getting organized. Remember we accept cash donations which we pool to buy some of the bigger ticket items. As well we will accept more than one donation per family or company sponsor if they so wish. More is always better.
Last year's event was a great intimate mixer for our club and a lot of fun, so please encourage your team’s friends and family to attend. No minors allowed as this is a licensed event. Tickets will be available at the door or contact Denise if you need more.
As well we need the raffle tickets in by the 14th so we may draw the prizes the evening of the auction. .
